DESIGN AND ORIGINAL-MODEL REQUIREMENTS

for laminate tubes

  1. Min. pattern density 3%.

  2. Min. dimension of print 3pt.

  3. Min. dimension of reversing print in one ink is 5pt print with serifs and 3pt print without serifs.

  4. Min. dimension of reversing print in two inks (with obligatory trapping) is 7pt print with serifs, 5pt print without serifs.However in most cases the text will be unreadable (it concerns the bigger prints too up to 12pt). That is why the better way is to use one-ink out-liner with thickness 0.2-0.3mm.

  5. Min. dimension of over print (over print) in reversing gaps is 7pt

  6. Min. dimension of line (mark) 0,07mm.

  7. Min. dimension of line inserted in reversing gap in one ink is 0.1mm; in two inks – 0.2mm. Line in reversing in two inks should be with one-ink out-liner, as above-mentioned parameters are unstable. Stable thickness of reversing line is 0.5mm.

  8. Min. dimension of dot 0.1mm.

  9. Min. dimension of dot reprinted in reversing in one ink is 0.2mm; in two inks – 0.3mm.

  10. Trapping zone is 0.11mm (min); 0.15mm – optimal value.

  11. Ink and vanish misregistration by 0.3mm is permitted if it doesn't distort the design.

  12. While using the gradient in design we do not advise to lead the pattern of gradient lower than 5%.

  13. Maximum quantity of the ink in one dot of the print should not exceed 280%. Elements with filling 250% and more should occupy not more than 30% of print.

  14. While full-colour printing we advise lines thinner than 0,75mm and text smaller than 6pt (while full-colour printing) to be of primary colours (CMYK)

  15. Please, consult with Executor about particular technical requirements before creation of designs with complicated requirements.

  16. Executor doesn't bear responsibility for grammar mistakes in text given by Customer.

  17. If the design doesn't meet out requirements, or the number of colours is bigger than number agreed in the order Executor has the right to interfere into the design-model.

  18. All redesigns and corrections of the given materials shall be paid additionally.
